These terms apply when you use wetindey.space, apply to Wetin Dey Code Academy, use the student portal, buy from the Wetin Dey Store, or engage us for software and IT services. The website and services are provided by Wetin Dey Integrated Technology Limited (RC: 1344524), 1st Floor, Omolayo House, 54A Oba-Adesida Road, opposite Wema Bank, Oja, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria ("Wetin Dey", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services you agree to these terms.

1. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, upload harmful code, or use the website to send spam. Content on the website, including text, logos, photos and videos, belongs to Wetin Dey unless stated otherwise and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.

2. Academy admission

Submitting the online application reserves a place but does not guarantee admission. Admission is confirmed when we contact you to agree your start date. You must give accurate details; we may cancel an application with false information. Students must own or have access to a laptop or computer for classes, assignments and projects.

3. Fees, scholarships and payments

Tuition for each programme is communicated before you start. Payments should be made only to the company accounts we provide, and every payment is acknowledged with an official receipt. Scholarships, including the Founder’s Scholarship, are offered at our discretion to selected applicants, apply to tuition only, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A scholarship may be withdrawn if its conditions, such as attendance and conduct, are not met.

4. Refunds

Requests for refunds or transfers to a later cohort must be made in writing to support@wetindey.space and are reviewed case by case, taking into account how much of the programme has been delivered. Approved refunds are paid to the account the payment came from.

5. Student conduct and certificates

Students are expected to attend classes, respect instructors, classmates and the training facility, and submit their own work. Certificates are issued to students who complete the programme requirements, including the final project defense. Each certificate can be verified on our website with the student ID printed on it. We may revoke a certificate obtained through misconduct.

6. Student portal

Your portal login is personal. Keep your password private and tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend portal access for misuse.

7. Store orders

Orders placed on the website are requests to buy. We confirm availability, final price and delivery cost with you (usually on WhatsApp) before you pay; an order is accepted only after confirmation and payment. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Product condition (new or used) and any warranty are stated at the point of sale. Please inspect items on pickup or delivery and report any problem within 48 hours.

8. Software and IT services

Software development, hosting and other services are governed by the quotation, invoice or agreement for each project. Hosting and domain services are renewed on the due date shown on your receipt; services not renewed may be suspended.

9. Liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the bottom shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
